HARDWARE DESIGN
Our service is complete and starts with design of the electrical systems
ON- BOARD MACHINE
We pay attention to every detail connected to the execution of the on-board machine system, from cutting wires to final product testing.
REALIZATION OF ELECTRICAL PANELS
The engineering, construction and wiring are all carried out in compliance with international standards.
FINAL INSPECTION
Each panel is inspected through pin to pin testing correlated to the relative certification prior to delivery.

Dall’analisi di fattibilità alla progettazione
L’esperienza maturata negli anni ci consente di gestire le commesse dei clienti a partire dalle fasi preliminari di fattibilità del progetto ed il suo studio viene gestito da nostri tecnici altamente qualificati.
Continuo aggiornamento dei prodotti software, costante ricerca di soluzioni ottimali ed esperienza maturata sul campo ci permettono di migliorare i nostri servizi e ottimizzare tempi e costi di progettazione.
Eseguiamo ogni tipo di progettazione, da quella CAD, alla progettazione Software della macchina, completa di documentazione degli impianti elettrici, pneumatici e oleodinamici.
Progettazione e documentazione tecnica
Il nostro reparto di progettazione realizza:
- Schemi elettrici
- Schemi di processo (P&ID)
- Schemi unifilari
- Schemi pneumatici e fluidici
- Studi e dimensionamento armadi, scatole e pulsantiere presenti
Gli schemi vengono realizzati secondo le normative dei vari Paesi di destinazione del prodotto, per i mercati Europei applicando le norme Standard CEI, per i mercati Americani applicando le norme Standard UL (Underwriter’s Laboratories Inc.) per il mercato Canadese lo Standard CSA (Canadian Standard Association).
Per la progettazione e produzione della documentazione tecnica vengono utilizzati i seguenti software CAD:
Eplan Electric P8 Professional (vengono supportate tutte le release, fino all’ultima rilasciata)
Vengono inoltre utilizzati i seguenti moduli avanzati:
- Modulo Pro Panel professional (studio ed esportazione in 3D delle carpenterie)
- Modulo Pro Panel Process wiring (studio ed esportazione del cablaggio dal layout 3D)
- Modulo Pro Panel prod.NC-perforex (Esportazione studi 3D per macchine CNC generiche - gestione CAM)
- Modulo Pro Panel prod.LC-sacarex Esportazione studi 3D per macchina Laser -gestione CAM)

Software
PLC, OPERATOR TERMINALS, FIELD BUS
We work with any type of PLC and create new programs or machine retrofitting, responding to all the customer's demands, from Ladder programming to modern structured language programming, in accordance with IEC 61131.
VISION SYSTEMS
The range of sensors and control devices has also evolved over the past decade, making the highest possible technologically advanced quality control a reality. Machines often implement vision systems that can guarantee speed and precision in their controls. We supply the most appropriate system for controlling the product, developing the application with competence and professionalism.
MOTION CONTROL
Working in close collaboration with mechanical designers, we optimise machine performance, adopting the most appropriate motion profiles. We also calibrate systems to obtain the best possible performance.
SCADA AND SUPERVISION
We use commercial SCADA principles and develop ad hoc supervision systems for specific applications for our customers.
ROBOTICS
Our engineers develop automation systems that integrate automatic machines and robots through the use of our own software, also programming the most well-known robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka).
VIRTUAL COMMISSIONING
Avendo a disposizione il modello 3D di una macchina o un impianto siamo in grado di testare il software in anticipo, riducendo il time to market e fornendo strumenti di analisi del processo innovativi. Il gemello digitale, poi, non termina la sua utilità con l’installazione del manufatto, ma consente di portare avanti attività di debug e miglioramento, di training per nuovi tecnici e si dimostra anche un valido aiuto nell’attività di marketing.
IoT
L’evoluzione dell’automazione passa attraverso la connessione delle macchine alla rete e alla raccolta dati al fine di poter implementare sistemi di diagnostica predittiva e analisi per il miglioramento dell’efficienza produttiva. IEMA fornisce servizi anche in questo settore adottando tecnologie innovative con un occhio di riguardo al tema della cybersecurity.

In the scope of consulting services to support electrical systems design as set forth in the Machines Directive 2006/42/ECin accordance with standards IEC EN 60204-1 / IEC EN 61439-1, the following activities are performed by the IEMA testing laboratory:
- ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
– Continuity of the equipotential protection circuit;
– Fault loop impedance;
– Functional tests.
- FUNCTIONAL SAFETY
– PL testing and calculation according to EN 13849-1;
– Validation of software and certification of safety functions in accordance with EN 13849-2..
